A beautiful golden carrot known for its exceptional tenderness, even when grown to very large sizes. Originally discovered during our travels in Europe, this variety has become a Sunshine Farm favourite and exclusive. It was trialled in Washington State University’s exotic carrot evaluations, where it scored highly across all categories for flavour, texture, and overall performance.

• Latin Name: Daucus carota
• Days to Maturity: ~70–80 days
• Root Size: Medium to large
• Colour: Deep golden-orange
• Seeds per pack: ~200
• Growing notes: Direct sow in early spring. Prefers loose, well-worked soil for straight roots. Thin seedlings for full-size carrots or harvest young for tender baby roots.
