What We Offer
Horticulture & Garden Skills
Participants learn hands-on skills in:
Seeding, planting, and caring for crops
Harvesting produce
Greenhouse and garden maintenance
Seed saving and seed processing
These activities help build routine, confidence, and a connection to nature.
Farm-to-Table Food Preparation
Participants take part in:
Preparing fresh produce
Washing, sorting, and packaging
Learning kitchen safety and food handling basics
These skills build independence and support healthy habits.
Vocational Skills & Daily Work Routines
We support skill development through:
Workstation tasks
Production projects
Simple tool use and safe handling
Organization and task completion
Participants work at their own pace, with staff guidance and encouragement.
Creative Projects & Personal Expression

Art and craft making
Small creative projects
Seasonal farm activities

Location: Sunshine Farm, Kelowna, BC
Program Days: Monday–Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Environment: Outdoor & indoor farm-based spaces, greenhouse, workstations, and creative activity areas.
