Jon and Sher Alcock are the owners of the Farm, and this year celebrate 25 years at Sunshine Farm.

We ventured on a journey, to raise our family on a farm. This also allowed us to grow Certified Organic Vegetables and Seeds, as well as provide opportunities for Adults in the Community Living Sector.

Since 1987 Sunshine Farm has aspired to epitomize a regenerative family farm which also serves its community;
-by promoting organic food production, leading by example and,  growing nutritious high quality organic food.
- by providing a place where educational opportunities and skill development are a part of embracing all members of community.
-by promoting agricultural seed as our common cultural heritage, that which should be maintained as an invaluable genetic resource;
-by encouraging local food production and consumption whether on farms or gardens or a pot on the balcony.
